Among his most distinguished achievements is his lifelong work with Juan Carlos Ferrero, whom he coached and guided from early youth to becoming World No. 1. Together, they founded the renowned Equelite Sports Academy, today known as the Ferrero Tennis Academy, a leading international training center that continues to develop world-class players.
Antonio Cascales Martínez also served for several years as Vice President of the Spanish Tennis Federation, contributing strategically to the broader development of Spanish tennis.

His career reflects a rare combination of elite performance, mentorship excellence, and visionary leadership—establishing him as a benchmark figure in international tennis coaching.
